Born and raised in Belfield, North Dakota, Lana has 27 years of experience in helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized and effective massage therapy techniques.

Lana’s journey began with a basketball scholarship at Dickinson State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. After pursuing her education in Therapeutic Massage in Oviedo, Florida, she gained experience at Spa Struck in Vail, Colorado, and later established Western Wellness Therapeutic Massage in Belfield. She has also co-founded the Hands On Healing Center in Winter Park, Florida, creating a nurturing space for her clients.
